Every piece of furniture we make is built to order by our skilled craftsmen in Austin, Texas. Our team carefully handcrafts each sofa to ensure exceptional quality, comfort, and durability. Because of this attention to detail, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for production before your order ships. Once your sofa is complete, it will be carefully prepared and sent on its way to your home.

If Your Sofa Arrives Damaged
Please inspect your sofa upon delivery. If you notice any damage, let us know within 48 hours. Snap a few photos and email them to our customer service team. We’ll arrange for the necessary replacement parts to be shipped as soon as possible so you can enjoy your sofa without delay.

If You Change Your Mind
If you’d like to return your sofa for reasons other than damage, we’re happy to help — but you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse. Large furniture is no small package (our freight carriers will agree), so we encourage you to:

  • Measure your space carefully (twice!) before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit.
